I write in response to Monday’s article on state senator William Sharer’s proposed bill to ban gay marriage in New Mexico.
Sharer said, “The root of all problems in society is what I call ‘dadlessness,’” “Marriage has been a way to put a dad in the family. A dad is more than a biological father.”
Doesn’t gay marriage double the number of dads a child can have?
