Albuquerque Fire Department firefighters respond to a fire at Lambda Chi Alpha, a closed fraternity on 1805 Sigma Chi Road, on Wednesday morning. The department received a call at 9:33 a.m. saying that smoke was going out of a window of a house, according to an Albuquerque Police Department officer on-scene. The fire was contained in one room and no injuries were reported. The cause is currently under investigation. The street between University Boulevard and Yale Boulevard remained closed until 11 a.m.
