Editor,
Many have noticed the recent changes in restaurant selection in the SUB since the fall semester. Now during the winter semester, we lost Garcias to Twisters. It seems as if Blakes will now have to compete with Twisters and their breakfast menu, which could directly affect each of their revenues and profits. This will ultimately lead to a cycle of constantly switching out restaurants like we have recently seen within the last school year. It seems as if the SUB isn’t the ideal place to open a restaurant and it will take time to find the right restaurants to succeed there.
