Editor's Note: This issue is a collection of photo essays that the Daily Lobo photo staff have been working on throughout the Spring 2016 semester. These essays will take you through hectic traffic jams in Juarez, Mexico, skateboarding in Albuquerque’s ditches and even leave you gazing at a Santa Fe art exhibit. Photographers have the opportunity to see things and visualize concepts from different perspectives and experience things they wouldn't otherwise. The pages in your hand provide just a glimpse into what Daily Lobo photographers had the chance to observe this semester and year.
“Candid intimacy is the term I’ve used to describe my work, and my vanishing into nothingness is the imperative.” ~ Ed Kashi, Documentary Photographer
