No, this isn’t a fancy way to spell “Satan”. These are the sounds repeated by a group of elderly citizens in a meditation regimen, designed to help with memory loss. So what exactly is meditation? Undergraduate biology student Zachary Fry discusses the benefits, both evidentiary and personal, of meditation in the UNM Bioblog.
