UNM announced Wednesday that there are several ticket changes for the 19-game men's basketball 2006-07 season.

Those changes include a drop in student ticket prices. Student tickets are now $5 per game and $75 per season. That's $29 less per season than last year. Students can buy up to two guest passes for $150 each - a $58 decrease from last year's price of $208. Last year, students could only buy one guest pass.

Student tickets go on sale Sept. 25, while tickets for everyone else go on sale Sept. 27. Tickets for single games go on sale Oct. 24.

Fans will no longer have to pay more money to see the Lobos play top-notch opponents. In the past, games with higher quality opponents cost single-game ticket buyers more, but now all games will cost the same.

The ticketing office is offering a new five-game package, called Mini Packs, that include games against Abilene Christian University, New Mexico State University, Longwood University, San Diego State University and the championship, the Comcast Lobo Invitational. The packages cost $59 for adults and $39 for youths in the mezzanine and $49 for adults and $39 for youths in bench rows 1-10.

Youth tickets will be offered for the first time ever for fans ages 2-18. Those will cost $8 per game and $99 per season.
