Fellow students: To those smokers who are respectful and considerate enough to only smoke in designated area — thank you. I truly am appreciative of the respect you show for your fellow students.
To students who feel free to smoke wherever they feel like: You are selfish. After failing in other ways to discourage such disrespectful smokers, I ask that any student who would like the air they breathe to be treated respectfully to respectfully call the selfish ones “selfish.”
By the way, in spite of six trips past smoking areas today, I saw eight times more cigarettes lit elsewhere.
