Lobo men’s basketball coach Craig Neal sports a leather jacket after riding his motorcycle onto the floor of The Pit Friday night. Neal introduced his team for the Lobo Howl, a preseason exhibition that drew more than 10,000 fans.
The Lobos showed off the depth of the squad at the Lobo Howl on Saturday, performing drills and six of the girls competed in a 3-point competition. Junior guard Antiesha Brown was able to take the 3-point title, beating five of her teammates in the 3-point contest.
Junior transfer Deshawn Delaney won the slam-dunk contest during the Lobo Howl Friday, beating last year’s champion, senior forward Cameron Bairstow.
