"I would give him a D+, because that whole thing where they (provosts, vice presidents, directors) gave him a B- (80% of his goals achieved or made good progress), that wasn't really a good enough sample"

"I would say probably closer to a C-. I definitely think that he spends money needlessly. I don't think he spends it well. I don't think he spends enough on academics. He spends way too much on sports teams. This is a college. This is a school. It's not a sports club."

"The grade that I would give him would be an A-, just because all the economic issues that are happening. He's getting a lot of issues that he needs to deal with. Plus, he needs to deal with other issues like sports, materials for books, just things like dealing with the overall campus. He needs to deal with all of those issues. He's only one person. I think he's doing a good job just resolving everything that he can.

"I agree with the B- rating, just because I think he has done some things that have been beneficial to the University. However, there's a lot he could improve on. So, the B- is fair. I guess he could improve more on focusing on the students. I really think there should be more student involvement with the faculty and the staff, like, I've taken classes at both CNM and here, and CNM really cares more about their students. We're not just another tuition payer. I guess funding - putting money where it belongs instead of where we see it go.
