The winner of the New Mexico State Fair competition was a green chile cheeseburger on french bread. “My aunt was Sadie, she started making this exact same burger back in the 1950s in her first restaurant,” Brian Stafford, executive chef and co-owner of Sadie’s restaurant,said.
