Men's Track & Field

The senior ran an NCAA automatic qualifying time of 13:49.06 in the 5,000 meter to win the event at the Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational. Gonzales became the first man from UNM to qualify for the NCAA tournament in 14 years.

After fouling on all three of her weight-throw attempts, the senior came back in the shot put to take third place. She recorded a distance of 48-11.00.
