Editor,
I was in the Frontier for breakfast and picked up the Lobo an Alumni of UNM. I was appalled by the indifference ,ignorance and lack of respect to members of our community and sacred lands. The destruction and assault on the Petroglyph National
Mounument is testimony to the moral bankruptsy of
our society. Are we so self absorbed that our only concern is "MY" time in traffic or " I dont go there and does not effect "ME". UNM is a place for
higher learning. Obviously some of the students need to repeat a course( 101)in History,compassion,respect and our community.
