Amy Beggin at a glance

Head coach Don Flanagan said Amy Beggin is unlike any other athlete he has ever coached.

"Amy has more energy than anyone I've ever seen," he said. "She's not even tired after playing 40 minutes. I've never seen anyone that can play at that level for that long."

Beggin's athleticism was on display this weekend as she led UNM to the Albuquerque Midtown Tournament title, earning the tournament's MVP in the process.
