UNM men’s basketball team’s player Chad Adams, 20, was arrested Sunday morning and charged with DWI, according to Metropolitan Court records.
Adams was arrested near I-25 and Comanche Road at 3:04 a.m. He also faces charges of careless driving and driving on a suspended license. Court records show that Adams has three other traffic
citations since 2008.
The sophomore played in 34 games for the Lobos last season, averaging three points per game. Adams’ bond arraignment is scheduled for May 16.
