ASUNM presidential candidate Lazaro “Laz” Cardenas received twice the number of student organization endorsements than his opponent. Ten organizations including three residence hall community associations, the Residence Hall Association and assorted other groups endorsed Cardenas. David Conway, Cardenas’ opponent, received five — three from fraternities and sororities.

When it comes to turnarounds in NCAA Division I volleyball, Jeff Nelson has orchestrated the ultimate at UNM.

Always in cherry and silver, President of Howl Raisers Wes Henderson tries to raise school spirit among students at UNM. Members of Howl Raisers go to the Lobos’ athletics events to cheer the teams on and promote sportsmanship. Henderson gathered over 1,000 members for the group this fall.
In spite of having an incoherent story line, “9” redeems itself with ornate visual design and sound effects.
