Women's Golf

Junior Kailin Downs led UNM to its second fall tournament title Sunday. Downs tied for second place individually at the Landfall Tradition Collegiate.

Freshman Ashley Rollins finished the tournament tied for eighth place.

Sophomore Christine Fernandez posted a career-best finish, tying for 15th place, junior Shannon Johnson tied for 19th and senior Katrina Leckovic rounded out UNM scoring in a 26th-place tie.

Men's Soccer

Sophomore defender Brandon Moss was named to the CollegeSoccerNews.com National Team of the Week for his performance in last weekend's wins over the San Jose State Spartans and the Sacramento State Hornets.

Junior goalkeeper Andrew Weber was named Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Player of the Week on Tuesday, after shutting out the Spartans and the Hornets.

Swimming and Diving

The Lobos welcome Northern Arizona University for a dual meet today at 6 p.m. NAU, NMSU, Colorado State, Wyoming and Northern Colorado will be in attendance for the Lobo Invitational Friday and Saturday at the Seidler Natatorium. Competition will begin at 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday.

Women's Tennis

The women's tennis team will be in action at the Lobo Tennis Club Friday through Sunday, as they will face teams from NMSU, UTEP, the University of Texas-San Antonio and Air Force in the UNM Fall Invitational. The tournament will consist of five singles flights and two doubles flights.

Volleyball

The volleyball team will play its final two matches at home Thursday against UNLV and Saturday against San Diego State. Both games will be played at 7 p.m. The Lobos were swept in three games by the Rebels and the Aztecs earlier in the season. San Diego State sits in fourth place in the MWC, the Rebels are in sixth. The Lobos are in eighth. UNM is the only winless team in the conference.

Men's Basketball

The 101st men's basketball season will continue at 7 p.m. Saturday when the Lobos will take on Team Ezybonds, a collection of professional basketball players from Australia, in an exhibition game at The Pit. This is the first of two home exhibition games for the Lobos, who will also play the EA Sports All-Stars on Sunday, Nov. 16.
