Garofola clocked two personal records and helped two Lobo relay teams set records this weekend at the Triton Invitational in San Diego, Calif. Garofola placed eighth in both the 100 and 200-meter dashes with times of 10.75 and 21.35 seconds, respectively. He ran the second leg of the 4x100-meter relay and the lead leg of the mile relay.

Leckovic was one of three Lobos to receive All-Mountain West Conference Honors this weekend, after the team finished second at the MWC championships, in Bend, Ore.

Leckovic and junior Shannon Johnson kept UNM close to the title, tying for second place with an even-par score of 213.
