The column "All that was left were sheep" is a nice story, but I believe the one shaking hands with Saddam Hussein in 1987 was - surprise - none other than Donald Rumsfeld.
We never found the alleged weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, nor did we ever make a connection between the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, and Iraq.
Let's give credit where credit is due, to the Bush administration for placing our troops in a no-win, life-destroying situation for nothing more than corporate profit and a personal agenda.
