Editor,
I am writing to disillusion those of you who thought change was coming. I see the Democrats and Republicans have become one.
These two parties are performing an old, tired act of good cop, bad cop. Since the Democrats have been out since '94, they have become the good cop. We as a people have to wake up and think outside the box we have been pushed into. Two parties
control all thought and progress. We must push for investigations, with nothing, including impeachment, off limits. Because of an inattentive and uneducated populous, politicians have and will continue to do what they want - like the Military Commissions Act of 2006 - rather than being the true voice of the people.
It has been a long time coming for accountability across the board. Do not let the Republicrats sweep these critical issues away.
