I want to mention that Accessibility Services in Mesa Vista Hall has a student book exchange going on. Students can log on to
As2.unm.edu/phpbe for details. This book exchange program is a free service that allows you to check used book prices from
Amazon.com and also access textbook details by entering each book's ISBN number. The service relies on
students to list their textbooks and provides an easy way to complete the transaction. This should be easier for students than long-distance transactions with other services that may charge a fee. There is also a link from the main Accessibility Services Web site:
As2.unm.edu. We hope this will help students save some money and provide a valuable service once it becomes fully utilized.
