A student parked in the UNMH parking structure told a police officer that the license plate on her vehicle did not belong to her. A student flagged down a UNM Police officer at the corner of Redondo and Cornell. The student said three men had attacked and robbed him while he was skateboarding on the top level of a parking structure. He said three individuals threw him to the ground, kicked him and took his skateboard and his iPod. The student pointed out one of the suspect's vehicles while talking to the officer. The officer called for backup officers, then followed and stopped the vehicle. Four passengers were found in the vehicle, and each was identified, cuffed and searched for weapons before being taken to investigative detention. The student identified one man from the vehicle as one of his attackers. The other three passengers were not charged.

UNM Police received a report that a male was exposing himself in the men's bathroom in the basement of Popejoy Hall. A student said he was using a bathroom stall when he heard noise coming from the stall next to him. When he exited the stall, he saw a man exposing his genitals to the student. The student exited the bathroom and called UNMPD. The man was not located. While searching the bathroom, UNMPD found a small piece of paper that said "Are you cruising?"
