Over heard in the student section at University Stadium at Saturday’s Texas Tech game.
“So, when does basketball season start?”
“Oh my god! Throw the ball! You’re breaking my balls.”
“I can live with 45-17. That’s quality football.”
“I think it’s better than last week.”
“They put up a fight.”
“At least they didn’t blank us like last time.”
“Not especially great, but at least we got some points on the board.”
“At least the cheerleaders are good looking. That’s the silver lining.”
“At least we can (expletive) punt, right?”
“Good effort, I guess. Kind of.”
