After the suspects told Kolar the money would be used for care packages sent to troops in Afghanistan, Kolar went to the ATM and withdrew $150. The men left after receiving the money, but didn’t provide a receipt, which indicated to Kolar that they were illegitimate. Kolar told police the men had been asked to leave the SRC twice on Oct. 28. The suspects were not found at the time of the report, and there were no witnesses to Kolar’s donation.
