James Johnson junior, political science “I just feel like it’s been a really long semester and it’ll be nice to get it over with. I’m looking forward to the summer. Just have to get through finals, but we’ll make it.” Amir Nafchi, second year masters student, electrical engineering “I’m a little bit overwhelmed by final projects and papers — I would say, because I’m almost done. I am also thinking about the future, getting a job. I’m going to search for a job after this semester, since it’s my last one.” Casey Dowling sophomore, history “I’m excited to be done, but I’m not looking forward to getting a job. I have to find a summer job. I’m also a student-athlete and we’re getting ready for conference, so there’s a lot of pressure with that. Finals and conference, then immediately after try to find a job.” Shalom Bond first year masters student, counseling “I feel excited and energized. I’ve got a lot of work to do, but I know I’ve learned a lot and I’ll get it all done. For the summer I’ll be taking one class and then working at CAPS. I do online writing tutoring.”
