Rodriguez says that the slumping buisness is not the only worry; crime has also risen in the yale/ lead area. a Casa De Pinata and many of the surrounding stores have been robbed since the construction began and APD recovered a car stoen from a nearby neighborhood in the dirt lot behind the store.
