APD responded to a call that Daniel Carr was standing on the side of the road with an "All Lives Matter" sign, later a "Fuck BLM" sign, and had on at least one occasion pulled a gun out and pointed it at drivers who disagreed with him and his sign. Body cam footage is from June 30, 2020.
