Air Force spoils Lobos' bowl bid

by Daniel S. Archuleta Daily Lobo The Air Force Academy spoiled Senior Day for the UNM football team Saturday. The Falcons beat the Lobos 42-24 in UNM's last game of the season, ruining the last game at University Stadium for 21 seniors. The Lobos finished the year 2-3 at home and 4-2 on the road.

Final game at home fixin' to be a shootout

"Our expectations are to start off this preseason good, get ready for league and be Mountain West champions again," he said. Lobos prep for monster offense

by Daniel S. Archuleta Daily Lobo The UNM football team's suitcases have gotten a lot of use in the past five weeks. For the fourth time in five games the Lobos will be on the road as they face San Diego State University on Saturday. The Lobos are 4-0 in San Diego and 15-8 in the month of October.
