I agree with others who have written in to let you know that your advertising policy needs to be addressed. The mail-out summer issue has welcome back on the front page and an offensive advertisement on the back. You reserve the right to edit letters to the editor and other content, why not advertisements? You are the gatekeeper for all content. Fantasy World must have paid you big bucks; yes, it is a legal business, but is it really necessary to subject us to offensive content in a full back page ad? This issue came to my home; it was not a choice to pick it up on campus. Out of town guests, including children, were visiting at the time. Please consider the impact such advertising has on individuals and the community, and revise your policy accordingly. If you cannot, please do not send out any more issues and let us pick up whichever ones we choose.
