The Daily Lobo sat down with Ghostface Killah in his tour bus after his show on Johnson Field on Friday. He is visiting college campuses across the country as part of the Adult Swim Presents tour.
Daily Lobo: How has Albuquerque been thus far?

Ghostface Killah: Albuquerque's all right. I haven't had a chance to explore it that much, because I haven't been here that long. But it's OK. The people is good - real good. I heard about the food, but I didn't really get a chance to sample the food or nothing because we came in late. The girls was all right. They participated. They had fun, and they made my night a little more better.
DL: Are you enjoying the scenery?
GFK: I don't really get a chance to appreciate the scenery, know what I mean? I be coming in - I just arrived, and we're leaving right back out at 6 o'clock in the morning.
DL: Is that how touring usually goes?
GFK: Yeah. Because you got to make it to other cities. I mean, it's heavy, man. It's heavy. It's a heavy schedule.
DL: What do you do to relax on the road?
GFK: On the day off, I might just sleep all day, you know? Go to the mall or go to the beach - depending on where you at. Maybe the casino, know what I mean? And that's about it, man.
DL: Is it usually a party atmosphere on the bus?
GFK: No. No, no, no, no. I just sign autographs for people and stuff like that. Today's Friday, and whatever my friends are going to do, they're going to do. But me, I got a flight early in the morning. Going to sleep, you know what I mean?
DL: What made you decide to tour with Adult Swim?
GFK: On the real, G, I love Adult Swim. They got "The Boondocks" on there. They got "Family Guy." That's my favorite cartoon right now, "Family Guy." They got the dog on that show doing coke, drinking and whatever, whatever. Hilarious.
