UNM announces two-hour delay for Tuesday

UNM announced Monday night that finals scheduled before 10 a.m. Tuesday will be moved to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

According to UNM's finals schedule, this applies only to classes that met Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and had finals scheduled for Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.

Finals set for 10 a.m. will continue as planned.

Instructors were asked to develop a plan in the event of closure, and some are allowing students to accept the grade they would have without taking the final.

Students who have a test scheduled before 10 Tuesday morning should contact their instructors to find out whether their class will participate in the 3 p.m. make-up, according to UNM.
