The ASUNM slate Lobos Unidos won nine of 15 slots in the Spring Election, according to results released Wednesday.
Presidential candidate Monika Roberts took 54 percent of the vote over her opponent, Lobos Unidos candidate Brian Moore.
Roberts will take the helm from current ASUNM President Ashley Fate in May.
Michael Westervelt, of Lobos Unidos, won the vice presidential seat by 13 votes over Rise candidate David Conway.
There were 1,433 total votes, up from 1,376 votes last spring, said Jason Belitz, executive director of ASUNM Elections.
Seven of the 10 full-term senatorial positions, and one of the three half-term positions, were won by Lobos Unidos senators. The Liber slate won no ASUNM seats in the election.

"I think both slates worked really hard today," Roberts said after the elections results were announced on the third floor of the SUB Wednesday night. "I know both of us were out all day campaigning, and I appreciate the efforts of everyone who helped. Thank you, student body, for electing me our new student body president."
Moore gained 46 percent of the vote, or 624.
"I'm incredibly impressed with my slate, so I think they will serve ASUNM amazingly well in the coming year," he said. "I'll stay involved in the organization, and I think Monika will do a fantastic job as president."
Westervelt had 586 votes; Conway had 573; and Evan Harris, who ran for vice president independent of a slate, garnered 170 votes.
"It couldn't have been a closer race," Westervelt said. "I couldn't have asked to run against someone as good as Conway. He's an absolute stud when it comes to a lot of this, and it was a nail-biter.. I'm really excited to get to work now."
Belitz said he thinks the increase in voter turnout was due to the campaigning efforts on both sides from all the slates involved.
"I thought it was very good campaigning in the first place," Belitz said. "They really got people to go out and vote. I thought it was a very good election overall."
Senatorial candidates Alicia Barry, Adriana Romero, Rosa Rosas, Marina Weisert, Sean Mallory, Chris Wright, Zoila Alvarez, Joseph Colbert and Alonzo Castillo were elected for full ASUNM senate terms.
Terrance Brown Jr., Brandon Call, and Arielle Bernier were elected to half-terms.
Rise senatorial candidate Alyssa Rivera was elected with 524 votes for her first term as an ASUNM Senator.
"I hope that I can work really hard for everyone and get some fresh perspective into the ASUNM Senate," Rivera said. "I hope to do a lot for every student, and I'm excited to start."
