Question of the Week (Video)

What would you like the new ASUNM administration to do for the undergraduate student body?

Michelle Mummey

Freshman

Art studio

"I don't really know actually, (because) I'm not really here all that often. Definitely (offer) more programs for students to express themselves and stuff."

Reuben Macias

Junior

Biology

"I'd like to see a lot more opportunities (for students). We have a really big school with a lot of potential for development, and hopefully we can get more opportunities that would really get (UNM's) name up there as a really good undergraduate college. If we offer more opportunities for research for our undergraduates, that would be really cool."

Sophomore

Psychology

"Probably just make sure that teachers stick around, and that we still have most of the class selections. I don't know that that's in their power, but definitely just (try to keep) the same classes and not let them take a lot of them away or the professors away because those are things we need."

Tomas Salazar y Weiler

Sophomore

Architecture

"With the undergraduate student body, I've just been seeing some stuff they are doing now that costs (money) that don't necessarily need to be spent, and they're spending it in ways (like) building new buildings that we don't necessarily need, instead of focusing on just keeping the teachers and everything employed."
