Editor,
Today, while relaxing at the Duck Pond, I heard music to the west. I walked over, and saw the “Mass on the Grass” gathering. While I do not begrudge anyone their right to worship however they see fit, I do have to wonder if UNM would be as welcoming to an atheist, Wiccan or even a Satanist group asking to use space for their gatherings.
I would like to be wrong, but something tells me that I am not too far from the truth in my suspicions. Does the editor have any insight into this?
