It certainly appears that Pope Francis is being the change he desires to see in the world.
He has requested that a statue of himself in South America be removed because there should be no honoring of any one of us, only honoring of God. He lives a very simple life, lives in a simple residence, dresses in simple clothes and gets from place to place in simple vehicles.
I am certain his desire is that the rest of us become aware he is showing us the change he desires to see in the world, and that he desires for the rest of us to follow his example so that we can all become the change that is needed in the world.
