Editor,
It certainly appears that America, a nation that not long ago promoted peace in the world, has become a nation promoting and financing war.
I think we need to seriously consider that this change of perspective on what is “right and just” has occurred because “We, The People” have allowed the military industrial complex that Dwight Eisenhower warned us about to become the dominant force in determining how we deal with the inevitable problems that occur because we are concerned about the welfare of all.
It is a fact that if “We, The People” continue to allow the military industrial complex to dominate us, this nation of the people, for the people, and by the people will soon vanish from the earth.
