The individual who shot three innocent Muslims in cold blood showed himself as a nut when he first approached two of the individuals in a parking lot in what apparently was a hostile posture with a gun in his possession.
Approaching someone in that kind of fashion should be illegal, and that borderline criminal type should have found himself in the poky facing a charge after the incident occurred. This guy had no right to even begin victimizing the victims from the start.
Communities and the Federal Government need to enact laws to put gun-toting, aggressive nuts like that in prison where they belong before they decide to go to the next step and use their guns on their chosen victims.
