Editor,
I am writing to express my frustration about the computer pods on campus - especially the SUB computer pod.
There has to be an easier and less frustrating way to get each student his or her print jobs. This semester, I have waited over 30 minutes every time I went to a pod to receive something I needed for class. There are constantly lines of students waiting. It is upsetting when pages upon pages come out and no one is there to pick them up because - I am sure - they too have given up.
UNM or CIRT or whoever is in charge of this needs to consider either buying more printers or trying something more efficient, instead of wasting thousands of pages that do not go into the hands of students but go into the recycling bin.
