Editor,
It appears that some of the citizens of the United States do not want to participate in the efforts to improve conditions for all of us who are citizens of the United States, and instead want their state to cease to be part of the United States. It seems to me that all these people who are not happy living in the United States have an alternative: They can move to other countries and become citizens of those countries. Once they do that, they will be freed from all the abusive behavior that they perceive they are being subjected to by being citizens of the United States and living here.
