Start the school week with yoga

It’ll be nothing but giggles at the Student Health and Counseling Center from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Participants will learn the practice of laughter yoga, a method believed to release stress and help mental flexibility. Students can register online at shac.unm.edu under the link “Calendar of events.”
