Soon after 1920, Hitler, who wanted “to make Germany great again” following Germany’s humiliation in World War I, privately formed a group of goons who would break up any “disorder” at his Party gatherings. Sound familiar these days? Yes, witness what is happening at Trump rallies.
What next? Just like Hitler did next by forming the Sturmabteilung and terrorizing Jews and Gypsies and homosexuals in their brown shirts on the streets of Germany, Trump too forms a kind of militia composed of hired thugs to, say, terrorize Muslims and any stranger who looks Muslim on the streets of the USA, even after he likely gets elected?
Yes, Nazis were to Jews as Trumpoids today are to Muslims. Even one of Trump’s militaristic team of advisers on foreign policy, one Joseph Schmitz, who was an inspector general with the DOD under George W. Bush, has supported Trump’s calls for blocking Muslims from immigrating to this country, thereby giving the green light to predatory violence by street hoodlums shouting as they hit like they do so at his rallies, “USA! USA!” So watch the brown shirts fly off the shelves anytime now.
Don’t believe it? Remember, this kind of thuggery is nothing too old in the West. We have seen the group Dotbusters terrorizing Asian Indians just for who they were in New Jersey, “Paki-bashing” on the streets of Toronto and an even greater surge of hate crimes in public places against Sikh men wearing turbans and beards after the San Bernadino attacks, and sporadic attacks by Neo-Nazis on colored immigrants throughout Europe continue to this day, including Germany.
