Hospital approval delayed

The approval of UNM’s proposed adult-care hospital has been postponed. The State of New Mexico Board of Finance voted to table the approval of the $146 million hospital during a board meeting Tuesday.

Doctor speaks on petition controversy

The psychiatrist who identified himself as a UNM professor in a petition to remove post-traumatic stress disorder from New Mexico’s Medical Cannabis Program (MCP) says he did not know that his contract with UNM had been terminated. William Ulwelling said he was not notified by the University that his appointment as a volunteer professor expired in 2007.
