Alkaholiks album a musical hangover

When a group's gimmick has run dry, it probably feels like a nasty hangover. Tha Alkaholiks - J-Ro, Tash and E-Swift - arrived in 1993 with 21 and Over which featured "Only When I'm Drunk," one of the best hip-hop songs of all time.
