Everyone knows that faculty members teach our classes. Some, such as lecturers, our unsung faculty heroes, teach four or even five classes every semester; and some, such as those with “professor” in their title, teach fewer classes because they have other responsibilities.

It’s widely agreed that cheap access to electricity is a good thing for the average person. However, what’s not so easy is providing that cheap electricity in a manner that won’t cause environmental devastation.

When we were younger, we used to always have sleepovers with friends. Editor, I have ridden in no car since April 7, 2001 — almost 12 and a half years ago. I have owned no car since 1979 — 34 years ago. I had a driver’s license for 36 years, but I did not renew it when it expired in 2000.
