Fresh out of high school and missing my friends who went to out-of-state schools, the first year of college wasn't a pleasant experience for me. I hated the dorms, hated the cafeteria food, thought fraternity parties were a joke and decided Frontier Restaurant was overrated.

Silver Avenue was blocked off between Harvard and Yale so skaters could have the freedom to ride the ramps and rails that were placed outside the shop without having vehicles impede their riding.
Staff Report Cmdr. James Daniels of the UNM Police Department said two students were robbed on campus early Monday morning. Daniels said the students were robbed around 2 a.m. The students were not together at the time of the robberies, he said. The incidents took place in the parking lot between Coronado and Alvarado dormitories, he said.
