Fake chicken corpses rested atop one another in a bin inside a tent near the Student Union Building. Posters of farm animals doused in mud and blood lined the walls, while a baby pig squealed in a documentary playing on a large screen.

Lobo Spotlight: Briana Leigh Morfin

When Briana Leigh Morfin was 5 years old, she remembers having her eye drawn to a sparkling crown worn by a homecoming queen at a parade. For a brief moment, the homecoming queen made eye contact with Morfin and waved, leaving Morfin with a feeling of special recognition.

Dr. Pegs Prescription

Dear Dr. Peg, I went to the SHAC a few days ago about small bumps I noticed on my penis and pubic area. The person I saw said they were molluscum contagiosum and she used a liquid nitrogen spray to freeze them off. I had 5 bumps and now they have all increased in size, popped, and are starting to scab up, like she said they would.

Study: NM rife with wage theft

A new study reports that employers steal wages from Mexican immigrants in New Mexico. According to the Mexican Immigrants and Wage Theft in New Mexico study, close to 30 percent of immigrants in the state report being the victims of wage theft.
